主持會(huì)議常用表達(dá)
會(huì)議是現(xiàn)代商務(wù)中的重要一部分。它可以集思廣益、將公司的智慧集中起來(lái)。作為一名會(huì)議主持人,該怎樣做才能保證會(huì)議順利進(jìn)行呢?下面是一些主持會(huì)議的常用表達(dá),希望能對(duì)您有幫助。(通訊員稿)
● 宣布會(huì)議開(kāi)始
1. Let's call the meeting to order.
2. Let's get things under way.
3. Let's get things started.
4. Shall we begin?
Order 在此是指"會(huì)議的程序與規(guī)則";call 有"宣布"的含意,call (a meeting) to order 是開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)的慣用語(yǔ),是"會(huì)議開(kāi)始"的意思。此句型適用于主席宣布討論要開(kāi)始時(shí),示意與會(huì)者安靜,遵守會(huì)場(chǎng)的秩序。這里"call"亦可以"bring"代替。這個(gè)句型適用于正式的場(chǎng)合中。
如果與會(huì)者中有公司以外的人,可以這樣說(shuō):
Well, ladies and gentlemen, I think we should begin.
也可以采用半正式的說(shuō)法:
Perhaps we'd better get started / down to business.
All right, I think it's about time we get started / going.
Right then, I think we should begin.
較口語(yǔ)的說(shuō)法有:
Let's begin /get going, shall we?

● 揭示討論要點(diǎn)
1. Let me bring your attention to (what I see as) the main issues.
2. Let's focus on the main issues.
3. Let me tell you what I believe to be the main issues.
4. Allow me to set out the main issues for you.
bring one's attention to... 的意思是"讓某人注意(聽(tīng)、看)……"。此句中的bring 可用 call代替;main 為"主要的";issue是"爭(zhēng)論點(diǎn);關(guān)鍵;議論"。這句話是表示自己要宣布幾個(gè)重要事項(xiàng),請(qǐng)與會(huì)者注意所要說(shuō)明及提示的要點(diǎn);這是正式的表達(dá)用語(yǔ),語(yǔ)氣中帶有權(quán)威感。
● 請(qǐng)專(zhuān)人發(fā)言
1. To address this issue, I'd like to call on...
2. To discuss this matter, I'd like to call on...
3. To shed some light on this, I'd like to call on...
4. To provide us with more detail, I'd like to call on...
Address 為"提及;陳述";call on someone 這個(gè)詞組的意思是"要求某人(做某事)",on之后的賓語(yǔ)為被要求的人。此句型是在正式的場(chǎng)合中用以介紹下一位發(fā)言人。由于句首使用 To address this issue "談起這個(gè)問(wèn)題",顯示特別強(qiáng)調(diào)這位發(fā)言者的意見(jiàn)值得采納、尊重或聽(tīng);有時(shí)亦暗示主席或高階人士也同樣支持此人的意見(jiàn)。

A. 開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)盡量選擇靠老板的位置坐
開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)除非座位已事先安排好,否則宜選擇靠近老板或有實(shí)權(quán)者的座位。此舉并不是勢(shì)力眼的表現(xiàn),而是您若故意保持距離,在他人眼中看來(lái),是有欠團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的表現(xiàn)。這種不愿參與(成為一份子)的姿態(tài),尤令高層主管不悅。
B. 開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)避免選擇靠門(mén)的座位
除了盡量靠近老板坐之外,不要忘了要遠(yuǎn)離門(mén)邊的座位。因?yàn)殚T(mén)口是出入必經(jīng)之地,人來(lái)人往難免會(huì)干擾到您的發(fā)言,并會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)移他人對(duì)您的注意。況且會(huì)議上的一般習(xí)慣是:權(quán)力愈高者說(shuō)話,他人愈會(huì)注意聽(tīng)。因此,發(fā)言時(shí)愈易遭到他人打斷者,愈是人微言輕的人。為避免造成這種沒(méi)有份量的尷尬場(chǎng)面,應(yīng)避免選擇靠門(mén)的座位。
C. 開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)避免選擇靠窗的座位
同樣地,美景如畫(huà)的窗口、名畫(huà)或令人感興趣的物品旁邊,皆不是好位子,宜避而遠(yuǎn)之;否則發(fā)言時(shí)自己將容易成為紅花旁的綠葉,他人關(guān)愛(ài)的眼神也亦將投射在您身旁的物體上。

表達(dá)質(zhì)疑常用句型
● 表達(dá)質(zhì)疑
1. I'm not sure what you're saying has any relevance here.
2. I'm not sure if what you're saying has anything to do with our problem.
3. I'm not sure if what you're saying really matters in this case.
4. I'm not sure if what you're saying is relevant to our problem.
Relevance 是"關(guān)聯(lián);適切",詞組用法為"have relevance to..."(與…有關(guān))。這句話適用于正式場(chǎng)合,表示對(duì)方所言與議題并無(wú)關(guān)系。開(kāi)頭語(yǔ)由于是 I'm not sure 而不是 I don't think,因此可避免直接對(duì)峙的場(chǎng)面。不過(guò)這句話易造成不是對(duì)就是錯(cuò)的局面,因此如果對(duì)方辯得有理,自己會(huì)有全盤(pán)皆輸?shù)奈kU(xiǎn)。

Recall 是"想起";get back to someone on something 的意思是"下次再和某人談某事"。這個(gè)句型適用于想避而不答、以免不慎的回答落人口實(shí)之時(shí)。它能讓對(duì)方不再把矛頭指向你,使你有機(jī)會(huì)脫身,找時(shí)間準(zhǔn)備數(shù)據(jù)。
● 詢(xún)問(wèn)意見(jiàn)
1. Would anyone like to add anything to (what I've said)?
2. Would anyone care to comment?
3. Would anyone like to give their ideas on this?
4. Would anyone care to add their thoughts (to the discussion)?
這類(lèi)句型是請(qǐng)他人發(fā)表意見(jiàn),來(lái)補(bǔ)充自己的看法。由于用的是 add(補(bǔ)充)而非 comment(批評(píng)),暗示請(qǐng)發(fā)言者站在自己的角度,再作補(bǔ)充,而非給予大家較大的空間,任由批評(píng)。這也是add一詞所藏的玄機(jī)。

重點(diǎn)提示
A. 座前有桌子時(shí),把手放在桌下是不禮貌的。
小時(shí)候長(zhǎng)輩教訓(xùn)的"站有站相,坐有坐相",不無(wú)道理。挺胸而坐不但有精神,也是尊重他人的表現(xiàn)。癱坐在椅子上,會(huì)讓對(duì)方覺(jué)得不正式、缺乏誠(chéng)意,甚至不尊重。如果您是坐在桌前,就將手肘輕放在桌上,讓人看到,以表示無(wú)所隱藏;此時(shí),手掌可交握,或手指相碰,不慌不亂,這種姿態(tài)代表專(zhuān)注與尊重。
B. 說(shuō)話時(shí),不自覺(jué)地摸鼻子,表示對(duì)對(duì)方有所保留,不愿坦誠(chéng)。
如果對(duì)方有摸鼻子的習(xí)慣,或不經(jīng)意地觸摸臉部,從潛意識(shí)的觀點(diǎn)來(lái)看,這表示對(duì)方正筑一道墻,隱藏真心,不贊同你的意見(jiàn)。而搔頭,除了表示頭皮癢,還有不懂的含意。此時(shí),不妨輕描淡寫(xiě)地把話再說(shuō)一次,避免直接問(wèn)對(duì)方是否不懂。
C. 如何利用姿勢(shì)強(qiáng)調(diào)說(shuō)話的語(yǔ)氣?
過(guò)去生意人所采取最強(qiáng)勢(shì)的身體姿態(tài),即是將雙手?jǐn)R在腰際,一副隨時(shí)要拔槍的樣子;除此之外,雙腿還要分立,相隔一尺半。不過(guò)時(shí)代變了,現(xiàn)在所強(qiáng)調(diào)的是合作與協(xié)調(diào),新的強(qiáng)勢(shì)姿勢(shì)是用手握住另一只手,將手靠在身體一側(cè),這表示坦誠(chéng)、彈性。此外,利用姿勢(shì)可以強(qiáng)調(diào)說(shuō)話的語(yǔ)氣,如雙腿分立,右腳微微向前,強(qiáng)調(diào)重點(diǎn)時(shí)前傾;而放松時(shí)則可后傾將重心放在左腳。
