教材分析(Analysis of Teaching Materials)
本課內(nèi)容選自人教版新起點英語Unit5 Free Time Lesson 1四年級下冊內(nèi)容。本單元主要學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)課余生活的動詞短語。并會詢問與回答某人課余生活及活動的頻率。在學(xué)習(xí)中建立應(yīng)合理安排課余生活的意識,能與同伴合作完成活動或游戲,從而激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣.
學(xué)生分析(Analysis of the students)
四年級的學(xué)生注意力不穩(wěn)定、不持久,難于長時間地注意同一件事物所以在設(shè)計本課時,通過任務(wù)型活動,激活學(xué)生的思維,使他們在語言輸出時有話可說,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語用能力。
教學(xué)目標(biāo)(Teaching Aims)
1.能聽懂、會說go for a picnic,play the violin, go skating等有關(guān)課余生活的動詞短語。
2. 能夠用What do you do in your free time? I often…來詢問、回答有關(guān)課余生活的信息。
3. 根據(jù)自己的實際情況,選擇本課所學(xué)詞匯或運用已學(xué)詞匯完成句子填空。同時強化書寫習(xí)慣。
4. 能通過課堂交流了解課余活動可以豐富我們的生活。

Warm-up
1. Greeting
T:Hello,boysand girls.Today I’m your teacher. You’re my students. Nice to meet you.Today isyour festival,Children’s Day.(PPT出示兒童節(jié)的畫面)Happy Children’s Day!(PPT播放聲音效果)Wow! A gift for you.What’s in it? Do you want tosee? Don’t hurry.
2. Revision
T: Let’s say the flashing words first. Come on! (全班同學(xué)快速站起搶讀單詞)
(PPT復(fù)習(xí)已學(xué)短語:play ping-pong/basketball/games,go to school/bedand go home.)
設(shè)計意圖:通過兒童節(jié)送禮物來激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣,拉近師生距離。而四年級的孩子好奇心強,孩子們?nèi)粝胍姷蕉Y物就要快速說出一閃而過的單詞,及復(fù)習(xí)了舊知又為新授短語做了鋪墊。

(選出表現(xiàn)突出的孩子打開禮物盒子并拿出盒子里的東西)
T:Oh! A page pen and a piece of paper.It writes:Press the second one.Have a try.(學(xué)生按照指示按下翻頁筆的第二個按鈕)Oh, he’s my student,Ricky. He’s very busy . Let’shave a look.What does he do? Is he happy?(學(xué)生帶著問題去看視頻)
設(shè)計意圖:以一段小視頻整體呈現(xiàn)本課的重點內(nèi)容和主題,讓學(xué)生了解Ricky在課余時間做了哪些事情。同時利用這一環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)置一個簡單的問題Is he happy?讓學(xué)生有目的的去看,體會成功的快樂。
2.Present the theme
T:Ricky hasmany things to do in his free time. Do you know when is free time?
(師拿出日歷告訴孩子們weekends, summer and winter vacations, afterschool, after class 都屬于free time)
T: These are free time. Free Time is the time youcan do you like doing things.OK!Today let’s talk about free time(板書).
設(shè)計意圖:通過課件和日歷告訴學(xué)生哪些屬于free time,使學(xué)生正確把握主題。
3.Learn to say new phrases
T:Ricky wants you to go fora picnic with him on Children’s Day. Let’s prepare some food in thepicnic baskets. After class, let’s see which group will get more food,OK? Comeon!
設(shè)計意圖:分組活動有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作精神,學(xué)會在合作的基礎(chǔ)上競爭,在競爭的過程中合作。
(1) go for a picnic (PPT兩張圖片讓學(xué)生猜短語的意思)
T: Guess,which is picnic?(兩幅圖讓學(xué)生選擇,選對的加分。)
通過PPT讓學(xué)生嘗試用It’s sunny. Let’s go for a picnic.句子并在學(xué)習(xí)中帶孩子們來做小游戲。

T: Look! Do you rememberwhat can Ricky do in his free time?(PPT兩張照片,一張是Ricky在彈鋼琴,另一張是拉小提琴)Yes, he can play theviolin.
T: Can you play theviolin?
Ss: Yes, I can. /No, I can’t.
T: What do you do in your free time?(板書重點句子)
生自由說:“I ______in my free time. ”學(xué)生用已學(xué)的短語操練句子。(www.shangyepx.com)也可以師出示圖片學(xué)生根據(jù)看到的圖片內(nèi)容來說句子,進(jìn)行機械練習(xí)。
(3)go skating
找一名學(xué)生來問老師:What do you do in your free time?
T: I like skating. I often go skating in my wintervacations.(PPT出示老師滑冰的圖片)
操練go skating, 其中sk組合的單詞:skating, skin, skirt等帶學(xué)生認(rèn)讀。
小游戲:狼來了。

學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的實際情況來填寫,寫完后現(xiàn)在組內(nèi)分享,然后找?guī)讉同學(xué)和大家分享。
