秘書(shū)職業(yè)化進(jìn)程的障礙問(wèn)題及其調(diào)適對(duì)策 - 畢業(yè)論文
摘 要
秘書(shū)職業(yè)隊(duì)伍隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和中國(guó)的入世而迅速發(fā)展和強(qiáng)大，秘書(shū)這1職業(yè)對(duì)于任何1個(gè)企、事業(yè)單位團(tuán)體來(lái)說(shuō)都是不可或缺的。秘書(shū)職業(yè)在我國(guó)是最近幾年才興盛起來(lái)的，而且很有發(fā)展的潛力,但至今它還不是1個(gè)真正意義上的職業(yè)。在我國(guó)，目前人們沒(méi)有把它等同于會(huì)計(jì)、律師等職業(yè),而要改變這1局面,就只有職業(yè)化這1道路。但由于1系列內(nèi)外因素使它的職業(yè)化腳步很緩慢：外部因素有傳統(tǒng)觀念的未能轉(zhuǎn)變、物質(zhì)福利待遇的低下、社會(huì)上的聲望不夠高等，內(nèi)部因素包括秘書(shū)職業(yè)的工作性質(zhì)和從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)參差不齊等。本文針對(duì)這幾個(gè)問(wèn)題對(duì)其進(jìn)行了具體的分析，并就每1個(gè)問(wèn)題提出了相應(yīng)的調(diào)適的建議。

ABSTRACT
As the economic development and China’s entry into the WTO,the occupation of secretary has fast developed and become strongther.Secertary is come on to prosper in recent years and it’s has a developing potention.But it isn’t as the same as the accountant and lawyer and also didn’t acted as a occupation in our country,So only to make it to a professional one can change this situation.But it evolved slowly caused by some obstacle.The outside factor is the unchanged traditionalism,the lower treatment and reputation in society and so on;the inside one include the character of the job,the irregular attainment of the stuff,act.This article analysed the above question frondose and presented my advise aim at every problem.
