南海湖沉積物中Hg的形態(tài)分布特征

摘要: 以包頭市南海湖為研究對象,采用連續(xù)化學(xué)提取法.系統(tǒng)開展了沉積物中Hg的形態(tài)分布研究.結(jié)果表明,表層沉積物中Hg含量的水平分布總體呈現(xiàn)湖心區(qū)低,西南和東北部湖區(qū)高的趨勢.腐殖酸結(jié)合態(tài)為表層沉積物中Hg的主導(dǎo)形態(tài),次為交換態(tài)和水溶態(tài).表層沉積物中生物有效態(tài)Hg的含量甚高,占總汞的76%~94%,對整個生態(tài)系統(tǒng)具有潛在危害性.沉積柱芯中總Hg表現(xiàn)為表層富集并隨深度增加而降低的變化趨勢.B、F站位柱狀沉積物中腐殖酸結(jié)合態(tài)Hg隨深度有規(guī)律的遞減,H站位20 cm以上Hg的主導(dǎo)形態(tài)為腐殖酸結(jié)合態(tài),殘渣態(tài)次之;20~30 cm的主導(dǎo)形態(tài)則為殘渣態(tài)及可交換態(tài). Abstract: The sequential extraction procedure was chosen for the study of speciation of Mercury in sediments of the Nanhai Lake. The fractions of water-soluble and exchangeable Hg are easy to release to the overlying water, and the sum of them account for 30. 82 % of the total Hg. Furthermore, there exists positive correlation between these two fractions and the total Hg in overlying water, indicating high potential hazard to the Nanhai Lake.
