感謝信英文的格式

感謝信的寫(xiě)作主要分以下三個(gè)部分。首先開(kāi)頭要明確的對(duì)對(duì)方提供的幫助或贈(zèng)送的禮品表示謝意。主體部分則需列舉對(duì)方提供的幫助，說(shuō)明該幫助所起的作用，或表達(dá)對(duì)所受禮品的喜愛(ài)以及以后如何使用及收藏等。結(jié)尾部分需再次表達(dá)誠(chéng)摯的謝意并問(wèn)候?qū)Ψ健?/p>

　　一、信函寫(xiě)作：稱(chēng)呼、正文、落款

　　1、審題—-判斷是個(gè)人書(shū)信&事務(wù)公函

　　決定：

　　語(yǔ)域使用：正式：使用禮貌表達(dá)，不用縮略語(yǔ)(對(duì)公)

　　半正式：可以使用縮略和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)(對(duì)私)

　　非正式：(一般不考)——It depends

　　呼語(yǔ)： 特定的寫(xiě)信對(duì)象：Dear XX

　　不明確收信人：Dear Sir/Madam, or To Whom It May Concern

　　2、正文

　　三段(8句)：寫(xiě)作目的段、細(xì)化段、感謝或者期待。

　　3、各種信函內(nèi)容安排

　　感謝信

　　表示感謝;

　　感謝緣由及內(nèi)心感受,希望回報(bào);

　　再次感謝，寄予希望。

　　Although nowadays people in mounting numbers talk about the need to be unselfish, we see very few people practice what they preach. If there were more people like you, this world would be a much nicer place.
