  “飛機(jī)上不能打電話”是騙你的嗎?

 、倜绹鳩CC(聯(lián)邦通信委員會)先是宣布坐飛機(jī)可以上網(wǎng),又宣布從2013年12月12日起,坐飛機(jī)還能打電話——如果你所選擇的航空公司允許的話。

  ②FCC主席強(qiáng)調(diào),這并非決定,還需要上級——美國運(yùn)輸管理局同意。但從技術(shù)上來說,F(xiàn)CC確實(shí)承認(rèn)了“飛行過程中撥打電話所產(chǎn)生的信號會干擾飛機(jī)控制信號”的問題早已經(jīng)解決了。

 、燮鋵(shí),1991年,F(xiàn)CC首次出臺禁止在飛機(jī)上使用手機(jī)的規(guī)定,就不全因?yàn)槭謾C(jī)很“危險(xiǎn)”。當(dāng)時(shí)這項(xiàng)禁令的主要理由是,手機(jī)的使用是通過地面基站的,而當(dāng)你快速從一個(gè)區(qū)域移動到另一個(gè)區(qū)域時(shí)(飛行時(shí)),基站切換過于頻繁,會加重基站的工作負(fù)擔(dān)。其次才是,手機(jī)發(fā)射的無線電波,有可能干擾飛機(jī)的電子系統(tǒng)。

  An Dun is a daily newspaper reporter in Beijing. And she has a great “Chinese dream”.

  Everything about Cao Yulan’s life changed when her mother died during a heavy storm. “I felt like I’d grown up overnight,” she told author An Dun. At the age of 16,Cao left for Beijing.   A new study finds that plants communicate with one another to warn of danger.
