For everybody, it’s important to keep healthy. But some people don’t know how to do it.
First, you must get up earyly, then you should do sports for one hour, but you must remember not to get up too early.
Second, you should eat vegetables and fruit every day, and you can’t eat junk food, such as French fries, hamburgers. Water is also important, so you must drink a large of glass water in the morning . I thin k it’s very healthy.
Third, you shouldn’t watch TV and play computer games more than twice a week, watching TV and playing computer too much is bad for your eyes, and you can go for a walk with your family after dinner.
We can’t forget the importantce of health, because it’s important for us.

因?yàn)槿说挠洃浟τ羞x擇啊，有的人天生對(duì)語言天生敏感，所以記得就快，有的人對(duì)歷史敏感，記憶歷史就比別人快。所以人的記憶力不能一概而論，這是我多年學(xué)習(xí)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，和個(gè)人理解。
第一，你不要把英語單詞當(dāng)成中文的象形文字來記，中文的記憶有形象關(guān)系，但是單詞時(shí)無意義的字母排序，背得時(shí)候一定要理解英語的發(fā)音規(guī)律，先要記沒個(gè)單詞的發(fā)音，有的發(fā)音如tioneror什么的你一定發(fā)現(xiàn)了幾個(gè)字母組合法特定的音，按發(fā)音記！
有時(shí)候?qū)幙舷扔洶l(fā)音！
因?yàn)橛袝r(shí)候，你甚至能根據(jù)發(fā)音，你自己就能寫出來，何必要背。其實(shí)英語的字母單詞，不是很規(guī)律的，不想拼音的，但還是有一定的規(guī)律。
其實(shí)背英語單詞，不能死記是真的，但是一定要持之以恒，首先要有心理準(zhǔn)備，要有自信。
你背英語單詞的時(shí)候可以邊默讀便用筆在一張紙上寫，就是隨便寫一些，主要是加深印象。
我的習(xí)慣是第一次背時(shí)先寫5遍/單詞，隔天寫3遍/單詞。過一段時(shí)間再重復(fù)。這樣記雖然慢，但是很扎實(shí)。
而且還要注意，背單詞應(yīng)該背詞典，就是你背一個(gè)詞的'形式，比如名詞，最好翻閱詞典，把其他的形式也給背過。這樣看起來，似乎比較費(fèi)腦子，實(shí)際上我認(rèn)為，這樣無形中很快，因?yàn)槟惚硢卧~就是要用在閱讀上，這樣背的話既實(shí)用又能無形中體會(huì)出英語的變形規(guī)律，以后就會(huì)背的很快樂。
